We aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably across Germany. Please find our shipping options and conditions below:

Free Delivery 

We offer special and free local delivery in selected cities based on order value and timing:

  • Dresden & Surrounding Area (within 30 km): (Coconut Basket direct delivery)
    Free delivery on orders over €20.
    Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 noon (Monday to Friday).

  • Leipzig & Halle:(Coconut Basket direct delivery)
    Free delivery on orders over €30.
    Place your orders before 8:00 PM on Fridays for direct Saturday delivery.

  • Rest of Germany (excluding Dresden, Leipzig, and Halle):(DPD direct delivery)
    Free delivery on orders over €40 . (tracking option possible)

Standard Delivery – €4.99 (DPD) below minimum orders mentioned above

  • Available nationwide across Germany.

  • Delivery time: 2–3 working days.for orders placed before 10 AM until Thursday.

Express Delivery – €6.99 (DPD) below minimum order mentioned above

  • Available nationwide across Germany.

  • Delivery time: Next working day, for orders placed before 10 AM until Thursday.

Additional Notes

  • All orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (for standard and express delivery by DPD) once your order has been dispatched.

  • If your address is in the free delivery zone, the shipping discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
